HUNT VALLEY, MD-Beynon Sports Surface Inc. has signed a lease for 15,250 square feet of warehouse space 16 Stenersen Lane in Hunt Valley. The Hunt Valley company has leased the warehouse space to store products made at its Hunt Valley plant.
Beynon has signed the lease for five years. Bowie Arnot of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services LLC represented the tenant, while Scott Wingrat and Jon D.
