KANSAS CITY, MO-The Kansas City Star reported that Briarcliff Realty LLC is preparing to build a 298-unit high-end apartment complex at the southwest corner of North Cosby Avenue and Northwest 63rd Street in the Northland. Nathaniel Hagedorn, Briarcliff Realty's president, said that construction of Village at Burlington Creek could start by March and will be completed by mid to late 2013.
