NEW YORK CITY-A celebrity chef is transporting his toque to a 15,560-square-foot condo on West 44th Street located just west of Times Square. Africa Israel USA is revamping the Times Building and it holds the base retail condo with Five Mile Capital.
The chef will occupy 9,720 on the lower level and 5,950 square feet on the ground level. Spencer Levy with RFK negotiated the deal on behalf of AFI. For the full story, go to New York Post .
