
ALBANY, NY-A food co-op market located in downtown Troy, New York, will reach the sales block with an asking price of $990,000. Steve Muller of the Pioneer Food Market said that he has accepted the proposal of the creditors of the co-op to list the 77-81 Congress St. building for that price.
Pioneer Bank, which holds a mortgage of nearly $465,000, is the largest creditor and subordinate creditors have approximately $940,000 in liens on the building. For the full story, go to The Business Review .
