LAKE BUENA VISTA, FL-Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has started construction of its 444-room resort at the Walt Disney World Resort. The $360-million project, a joint venture partnership with Dune Real Estate Partners LP and New York-based Silverstein Properties Inc., is expected to open in 2014.
The resort is part of Walt Disney's Golden Oak development that started earlier this year. The general contractor of the project is Turner Construction Co.'s Orlando office. For the full story, go to Orlando Business Journal .
