LEICESTER, UK-Cromwell Retail Developments has exchanged contracts with The Light cinemas to develop an eight-screen entertainment complex and a Tesco Extra store on the former Greyhound Stadium in Wisbech. The 70,000-square-foot Tesco Extra will be constructed on the stadium site aside the new all-digital multiplex cinema.
Fenland District Council approved the new development in summer this year. The multiplex cinema and Tesco Extra are scheduled to be finished in autumn 2012 and the Retail Park will open in summer 2013. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
