SEATTLE-An apartment developer has started construction on a multifamily complex in South Lake Union. Vancouver, Washington-based Holland Partner Group has broken ground on the 100-unit apartment complex in South Lake Union located at Valley Street and Dexter Avenue North in Seattle.
