BOSTON-Finard Properties LLC is relocating its corporate headquarters from Burlington Woods in Burlington to Boston. The company has leased an office space measuring 5,078 square feet at 419 Boylston St. in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston.
The eight-story office building, which measures 25,389 square feet, was constructed in 1910 and is owned by Eldridge Realty. Colliers International's Lauren Vecchione and Tad Lee represented the tenant, while Cushman & Wakefield Inc.'s Rebecca Galeota and Jim Brady represented the owner in the deal.
