CHICAGO-Three apartment buildings, including Flair Tower, are changing hands. General Investment & Development Cos., a pension fund adviser, has agreed to purchase Flair Tower, a 26-story, 198-unit complex at 222 W. Erie St., for approximately $87 million, or about $439,000 per unit.
In other deals, Miami-based Crescent Heights has acquired the 344-unit South Loop complex at 1212 S. Michigan Ave. and the 350-unit Echelon at K Station property at 353 N.
