NEW YORK CITY-The proprietors of 1250 Broadway are developing a sky-high restaurant. Andy Sung, a Korean restaurateur, has leased 10,000 square feet on the 39th floor of the Broadway building.

The new restaurant will be called Gaonuri, which means Center of the World. Jamestown and Murray Hill Properties acquired the property in 2008. Brad Siderow from the Siderow Organization represented the tenant in the deal. For the full story, go to New York Post .
