ATHENS, GA-Morris Publishing Group LLC, a privately held media company based in Augusta, Georgia, will sell the 103,000-square-foot One Press Place building in downtown Athens to Colorado-based Lulscal LLC for approximately $13.5 million. The building currently houses the Athens Banner-Herald.
