CHICAGO-The National Assn. of Realtors has purchased the building that houses Phil Stefani's 437 Rush restaurant from the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co. for $1.45 million. The 12,500-square-foot property, located at 437 N. Rush St., was sold last month following the sale of the Wrigley Building.
The building, situated next to the Realtors headquarters on Michigan Avenue, is fully occupied by Phil Stefani's 437 Rush restaurant. The group has no immediate plans for the N. Rush Street site. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
