BELTSVILLE, MD-Prudential Real Estate Investors has acquired portion of the Brick Yard Business Park, a mixed-use community situated southeast of Baltimore Avenue in Beltsville. The company has bought three buildings totaling 273,000 square feet and 22 acres of land at the business park from Jackson-Shaw for $37.3 million.
The buildings, purchased by Prudential Real Estate, are located at 13261, 13201 and 13200 Mid Atlantic Blvd. Bethesda-based TSC Realty Services has been retained to handle leasing and sales at the business park. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
