LONDON-Affinity Sutton, a national housing provider, and Mount Anvil, a London-based property developer, have formed a joint venture to build Silicon Tower, a mixed-use development at 261 City Road in London. The project, which has a GDV of GBP 160 million, will feature a 36-story tower facing the Regent's Canal.
The 261 City Road tower will have 307 residential apartments and 8,449 square feet of mixed-use commercial space. The architect of the project is Skidmore, Owings & Merrill Architects. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
