HIALEAH, FL-Miami-based Hialeah Apartments Investments has purchased the Amanda Palms apartment complex situated at 6425 W. 24th Ave. in Hialeah at a 33% discount. Amanda Palms LLC has sold the 67-unit property in late November for $4.175 million.
With the deal, the foreclosure suit was abandoned and the mortgage was relieved. The apartment complex was previously purchased in 2005 for $6.4 million.
