
BALTIMORE-Baltimore's Urban Design and Architecture Review Panel has approved Under Armour Inc.'s planned unit development in South Baltimore. Under Armour, a sportswear maker based in Baltimore, has plans to enlarge its Tide Point campus by 400,000 square feet.
The expansion plans, proposed by Under Armour, include additional office space, a retail store, employee housing, a city park and new parking garages. At first, the sportswear maker will build the 20,000-square-foot retail store, which is expected to open in 2013. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
