CHICAGO-Oak Brook-based Inland Real Estate Corp. has purchased a Northwest Side shopping center as part of a new joint venture. The company has paid nearly $19 million for Elston Plaza, an 88,213-square-foot center at 3227-3237 W. Addison St.
Inland has bought the Jewel-Osco-anchored shopping center for its joint venture with PGGM, a Dutch pension fund. The retail center is roughly 95% occupied.
