BALTIMORE-The former Maryland Art Place headquarters has listed on the market for sale. The five-story, 20,000-square-foot office building, located at 218 W. Saratoga St., carries a price tag of $1.2 million.
The building is located a few blocks away from the Hippodrome Theatre and Lexington Market. It is also available for lease at an asking price of $12 per square foot. The W.
