WICHITA, KS-The Bradley Fair shopping center is getting a specialty grocery retailer. Greensboro, North Carolina-based The Fresh Market Inc. will open a new store in the space previously occupied by Ultimate Electronics.
The retailer will occupy 22,000 square feet of the Laham Development-owned site, which measures 29,000 square feet. Overland Park-based Merrill Commercial Realty's Andy Crimmins represented the tenant, and Christi Royse from J.P. Weigand & Sons Inc.'s commercial division represented the landlord in the lease deal.
