LONDON-GI Partners and Rowan Asset Management have completed the freehold acquisition of an office building in London. The partnership has acquired the 163,000-square-foot Aldwych House property located in the center of the Midtown office district in London for GBP 82.7 million.
The office building, constructed in 1926, is presently 89% occupied by 11 tenants, including the London School of Economics, Manches and Associated British Ports. Fineman Ross represented the buyer, while Strutt and Parker represented the seller in the deal. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
