GREENVILLE, MS-Churchill Downs Inc., a racing and gaming company based in Louisville, has recently started construction on an expansion and restoration at its Harlow's Casino Resort & Hotel situated in Greenville, Mississippi. The planned new amenities in the casino will include a buffet area, pool, spa, fitness center, multipurpose event center and steakhouse.
