CINCINNATI-A $78-million mixed-use project will start near University of Cincinnati in January. The Cincinnati Enquirer reported that the project, when completed, will include offices for the University of Cincinnati, 161 apartments, a hotel, retail space, two 700-space parking structures and a park.

The university will occupy 40,000 square feet for its offices. According to the newspaper, nearly 13,000 square feet of the 80,000-square-foot retail space has already been leased.
