SAN DIEGO-Construction on an affordable housing project is underway in the Midway District near Old Town and Mission Hills. Agoura Hills-based AMCAL Multi-Housing is the developer of the 1.56-acre project.
The development site is situated on the north side of Mission Brewery structure at Hancock and Washington streets. The affordable housing project will create 84 units for low-income families.
