SAN ANTONIO-Forge Energy LLC has signed a lease for 11,858 square feet of space in the City View office building located in Northwest San Antonio for its new headquarters. The company will occupy the ninth-floor space of the building.
Newport Beach, California-based KBS Realty Advisors is the owner of the building. Lindsey Tucker of CB Richard Ellis in San Antonio represented the landlord, while John Worthen and Chad Beck of Jones Lang LaSalle, also in San Antonio, represented the tenant in the deal.
