MIAMI-For all the talk about Downtown Miami and Brickell, the urban core is not the only part of the city with new buildings—and new tenants. In a move that seems almost contrary to market trends, Richman Greer, P.A. is relocating from Downtown Miami to the Downtown Coral Gables Business District.
The 50-year old law firm will move its Miami office to the 396 Alhambra office complex, a new, two-tower, 275,081-rentable-square-foot mixed-use office and retail development. Richman Greer will take down 10,755 square feet of class A office space in the project’s newly-developed North Tower. Financial terms of the lease were not disclosed.
Manuel Garcia-Linares, managing shareholder at Richman Greer, P.A., says the firm is making the move to manage its continued growth serving local and international clients. He describes Coral Gables as a vibrant multinational business community. In a statement, Garcia-Linares said, “We were attracted to the top quality of the 396 Alhambra project, its LEED certification, proximity within the commercial business district as well as the economic stability of the City Beautiful, where many of our attorneys live and are already involved in the community.”
