LEEDS, UK-Rockspring Property Investment Managers has acquired Leodis Student Residences, a student accommodation scheme in Leeds, from Evans Group. The company has acquired the property, which comprises 717 en-suite bedrooms, in conjunction with The Mansion Group for its pension fund client.
The Evans Group was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle in the sale. In another deal, Rockspring has also bought a speculative office project at The Causeway in Staines for GBP 5.2 million from Hammerson for a pension fund client. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
