SEATTLE-Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance has listed Russell Investments Center, a 42-story office tower at 1301 Second Avenue in downtown Seattle, on the market for sale. The building, developed in 2006, contains 872,000 square feet of office space.
Northwestern Mutual bought the tower in September 2009 for $115 million from JP Morgan Chase. Russell Investments became the anchor tenant in the Second Avenue building after the property came into the hands of Northwestern Mutual. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
