SEATTLE-A Canadian investment adviser has purchased three Pioneer Square buildings for $19.1 million. Vancouver-based Intracorp purchased four Pioneer Square properties, F.X. McRory Building, Grand Central Building, Seattle Quilt Building and Maynard Building, in October 2007 for $53 million from Goodman Real Estate of Seattle.

The three properties, purchased by the Canadian firm, were part of the Pioneer Square portfolio and they went into foreclosure in September. Colliers International's Dan Dahl and Dave Gurry marketed the three Pioneer Square properties. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
