FRANKFURT-CBRE Global Investors' Pan European Core Fund (PEC Fund) has acquired 139,930 square feet in the Multi-Park complex, an industrial and logistics park in Monchhof, from OFB Projektentwicklung GmbH and MP Holding. The Multi-Park complex is being constructed in several phases.
The PEC Fund purchased the first and second building phases from OFB Projektenwicklung and MP Holding. CBRE and SIMRES negotiated the deal on behalf of the PEC Fund. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
