LONDON-CLS Holdings plc has presented a planning application for a 223,900-square-foot mixed-use development at Spring Mews in Vauxhall, London. The proposed GBP 50-million development will comprise 402 student units and amenity space, a 120-bedroom hotel, 5,050 square feet of office space, 6,000 square feet of cafe and community center, 2,640 square feet of retail space and a new pedestrian mews.
