STUTTGART, GERMANY-Goodman Group will build two logistics center in Germany for Amazon. The two pre-committed centers will be developed in Pforzheim and Koblenz.
The new developments will comprise a total area of 2,368,060 square feet of office and warehouse space. The 1,184,030-square-foot Pforzheim center will be constructed in the Buchbusch industrial area and the 1,184,030-square-foot Koblenz center will come up in the A 61 industrial park beside the Koblenz motorway.
