GEORGETOWN, TX-Atlanta-based 410 Group LLC and Houston-based PinPoint Commercial LP will break ground on an assisted living facility in Georgetown. The developers have secured financing for the development of the 95,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care building at 4909 Williams Drive.
Green Bank provided financing for the project, called the Legacy at Georgetown. Ewing Construction Co. Inc. is the general contractor for the project. The facility is scheduled to open by winter 2012. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
