CHAPEL HILL, NC-The Kalikow Group, a company based in Westbury, New York, has purchased Rams Plaza, an 113,557-square-foot shopping center at 1728 Fordham Blvd. in Chapel Hill, through a joint venture partnership with Miami-based Carlisle Development Group and Charlotte-based Argus Properties. Washington, DC-based Madison Marquette has sold the Rams Plaza property for $13.25 million.

Rams Plaza, constructed in 1982, is anchored by a CVS pharmacy store, the Bailey's Pub restaurant and a Food Lion grocery store. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
