CARDIFF, UK-Stoford Developments has secured GBP 58.7 million in funding from Union Investment Real Estate GmbH, a German fund manager to develop the headquarters building for Admiral Group in Cardiff. The company obtained planning consent in June for the 220,000-square-foot project on the old David Street car park beside St David's Shopping Centre.
The 11-story building is pre-leased to Admiral Group. Construction is expected to begin early next year and it will be completed in 2014. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
