BALTIMORE-Columbia-based Corporate Office Properties Trust has sold two properties in Baltimore County for $48.7 million. The REIT has sold White Marsh Commerce Center situated in White Marsh for $16.25 million and the Rutherford Business Center situated in Woodlawn for $32.5 million.
The White Marsh center contains 218,000 square feet of warehouse and the Rutherford flex office/industrial center comprises 13 buildings totaling approximately 365,400 square feet.
