BOCA RATON, FL-An affiliate of Archstone has acquired Vinings at Town Center, a 252-unit apartment community at 5881 Town Bay Drive in Boca Raton, for approximately $42 million. AEW Capital Management was the seller of the property.
The name of the community will be changed to Archstone Boca Town Center. The property features a clubhouse, 24-hour fitness center, pool, tennis court and picnic spot with barbecue grills.
