NASHVILLE-An office building on Elm Hill Pike has changed hands for $5 million. Davidson County property records showed that HCI LP has purchased the building measuring approximately 30,000 square feet at 2868 Elm Hill Pike from WBCMT 2007-C31 Elm Hill Pike LLC.
The office building is leased to the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Nashville office. In February, the building was sold in a foreclosure sale for $3 million. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
