PHOENIX-The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has signed a lease for a commercial space in Phoenix. The federal agency has taken more than 46,000 square feet of space at 1330 South 16th Street near Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
The building, which previously housed a grocery store, has been prepared for the immigration agency. Jones Lang LaSalle's Julie Rhoades, Yolanda Morgan and Suzanne Drake represented the tenant, while DOXA Central, LLC's Lynn Newhall represented DOXA South, LLC, the landlord in the deal.
