LONDON-Great Portland Estates has signed contracts to sell the leasehold interest in the 28/29 Savile Row property in London. The company has sold the long leasehold interest to a joint venture between Allied London LLP and Aerium Finance Limited for GBP 16.25 million.

The property comprises 15,978 square feet of office and retail space arranged over ground and five top floors as well as the basement. The Pollen Estate's lease on the property expires in March 2150. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
