TAMPA, FL-Moffitt Cancer Center has taken 128,759 square feet at Intellicenter One, a 200,000-square-foot office building in Telecom Park in Tampa, to house its administrative and business support functions. The institute will move its functions to the four-story building in four phases.
The move will be completed by the end of 2013. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Studley, and the building owner was represented by CLW Real Estate Services Group. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
