ATLANTA-Cousins Properties Inc. of Atlanta has sold its two industrial buildings and its industrial land in Texas for a combined $72.2 million. The company has sold the 796,450-square-foot King Mill Building 3 property in Atlanta to an associate of Atlanta-based Industrial Developments International Inc. and the 748,831-square-foot Lakeside Ranch Building 20 property in Dallas to Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp.
