KATY, TX-Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp. has purchased three medical office buildings totaling 168,850 square feet in Katy for an undisclosed price. The three medical buildings, Plaza I, II and III, are situated at 701 S. Fry Road on the Christus St. Catherine campus.
The medical office buildings are 95% occupied by health care providers, including an ambulatory surgery center and MD Anderson Cancer Center's Regional Care Center. This is the first health care investment for Duke Realty in the Houston area. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
