LOUISVILLE, KY-Hosparus Inc., a nonprofit hospice organization, has bought the Dutchmans Lane building in Louisville for $4.45 million. The 1000 Building, a 43,000-square-foot property at 6200 Dutchmans, was sold by Dahlem Enterprises Inc.
Before the sale, the organization leased over 13,000 square feet of space in the building. Hosparus, which is on the expansion, is planning to break ground on a new site on Hausfeldt Lane in New Albany in 2012 for its Southern Indiana operations. For the full story, go to Business First .
