WASHINGTON, DC-Townhouse, a new restaurant and wine bar, is moving to 700 Sixth St. NW in Washington, DC. The restaurant has signed a lease for 6,170 square feet of space at the office building situated beside the Verizon Center.

The property was developed by Akridge. Townhouse has leased the space for 10 years. Sierra Mid-Atlantic's Ashley Schneeman represented the tenant, while Transwestern's Alex Walker and Bill Miller as well as Akridge's Greg Tomasso and Ben Meisel represented the owner in the lease.
