LEICESTER, UK-London & Stamford Property Plc has reached agreements with BRE/Rhombus Sarl for the sale of 17 distribution properties including the Triangle Distribution Portfolio for GBP 265 million. The deal includes 5110 Magna Park in Lutterworth.
The Central Park property in Rugby is not included in the deal. The sale will be completed at the end of the year. BRE/Rhombus Sarl is an entity controlled by associates of The Blackstone Group International Partners LLP. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
