MIAMI BEACH-A group that comprises associates of Roy E. Disney's Shamrock Holdings is preparing to construct a 70-unit condominium in Miami Beach. Palau Sunset Harbor will make its petition on January 24 in the presence of a Miami Beach Planning Board.
The five-story condo project will come up at 1201 20th St. It will comprise 15 units measuring over 1,200 square feet, 12 units measuring 1,000 to 1,200 square feet and 43 units measuring 500 to 999 square feet. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
