CHICAGO-A Chicago-based JDI Realty Inc. venture has filed a foreclosure lawsuit to obtain about $4 million on a Charles Mudd-owned apartment building in Uptown. The venture attained a loan on the building in November from Hyde Park Bank & Trust Co.

The property is located at 4657 N. Beacon St. In the past years, a bunch of Mudd-owned properties have been struck with foreclosure lawsuits. Most recently, Cole Taylor Bank filed suits against Mudd in April. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
