COLUMBUS, OH-Midas Hospitality LLC based in St. Louis has bought the Staybridge Suites, a 111-room hotel located in the Tuttle Crossing mixed-use development, for $6.8 million. Canfield, Ohio-based Meander Hospitality Group was the seller of the property in Columbus, Ohio. CBRE Group Inc. listed the hotel on the market in late 2010 without an asking price. This is Midas' first acquisition in Ohio.
