
BOSTON-AEW Capital Management LP has acquired One Exeter Plaza, a 211,351-square-foot office building situated on Boylston Street in Boston's Back Bay, for $112 million. The 15-story Class A property, developed in 1984 by Ruben Cos., comprises 192,201 square feet of office space and 19,150 square feet of retail space.
