CASA GRANDE, AZ-Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial has completed the sale of an industrial facility in Casa Grande. An entity managed by Cal Cap Advisors of California has sold the 100,000-square-foot building at 1172 W. Lawrence St. to Illinois-based Becknell Industrial for $5.25 million.
